I am a research professor at IPEM (Institute for Psychoacoustics and Electronic Music), Ghent University. My research is on how new digital technologies pave the way for new forms of musical expression, interaction, and experience. In my work, I explore – together with music artists – how 3D immersive audio playback technologies and embodied interfaces for musical control and interaction, create enriched forms of embodied and social music interaction.rn
