Sally is an Irish national with a background in remedial linguistics who has been k living and working Belgium for more than 20 years in the field of educational technology with a particular interest in video. She is a Director of ATiT which she co-founded in 1999 as well as being the lead in the Media & Learning Association, a not-for-profit membership organisation of 40 members mostly in Europe interest in the use of media to support teaching and learning.

The Media & Learning Association is an international, not-for-profit association with its headquarters in Belgium. The Association promotes and stimulates the use of media as a way to enhance innovation and creativity in teaching and learning across all levels of education in Europe. The association has a proven reputation for organising timely, high-profile and quality driven events.
