As an experienced strategy and communication expert, Petra has been enthusiastic about the sensible use of digital technologies since the 1990s. She uses her long experience from international projects in various industries to lead organizations and their employees successfully through complex digital change and innovation processes. The interest in VR/AR began 2015 with the first Oculus experiences, the interest in nursing resulted from a private situation and has been driving it ever since.

Stell Dir V(o)r conceptualizes and develops a cloud based platform focussing on and serving the nursing sector. Together with scientific partners, coaches, nurses and VR/AR enthusiasts we create experiences for the motivation of new candidates for the nursing, the nursing apprenticeship and academic education as well as on-the-job training with the aim to foster nursing quality in Europe.
