Aljosa Smolic is Professor of Creative Technologies at Trinity College Dublin, where he heads V-SENSE, a lab with 20+ researchers in the area of visual computing, at the intersection between computer vision, graphics and media tech. He is also co-founder of Volograms, a Dublin based start-up company commercializing volumetric video content creation for AR/VR applications. Prof. Smolic is a pioneer in immersive technologies who made significant contributions to the field over more than 20 years.
