I am an Assistant Professor at Utrecht University, Department of Information and Computing Sciences. My research area is social interaction with virtual humans. These characters have the potential to be effective tools for better training and healthcare and as natural human-computer interfaces. I combine techniques from 3D graphics/animation, AI and HCI.
