Philipp Aicher
Philipp Aicher is an expert for New Technologies in B. Braun’s Innovation Hub, the department for Digital Innovation in products, services and business models. Some years ago he started to bring Virtual and Augmented Reality for marketing, training and operative usage into his organization. Since then he created a handful of XR experiences. He's looking for ways to make XR experiences even more immersive, be it through haptics, sense of touch or other features.

B. Braun protects and improves the health of people around the world. Its division Aesculap, focuses on products and services for core processes in surgery. The product range includes among other items surgical instruments for open or minimally invasive approaches, implants (e.g. for orthopaedics, neurosurgery and spinal surgery), surgical sutures, sterile container, storage, motor and navigation systems as well as products for cardiology. The division also actively exchanges knowledge through its international service network and its numerous continuing education programs at the Aesculap Academy.
