I studied cognitive and neurosciences in Osnabrück, Montreal, Paris, and London, before doing a PhD at the Charité/Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. In my research at the Max Planck Institute in Leipzig, I investigate how mental processes (i.e., thinking and particularly feeling) are neurophysiologically realized. I use VR in combination with measurements of brain activity and for clinical applications (e.g., http://www.vreha-project.com).rn
