Markus studied Business Administration at the Economic University of Vienna with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Marketing and Tourism & Leisure. For his master thesis he addressed the topic of Lead User and user generated Innovation.rnrnWith his deep experience in User-centred, User Innovation and Customer Experience methodologies like Personas, Design Thinking Workshops and Customer Journeys, he successfully worked on various large scale (inter)national projects.

SHOTPROS aims to improve the training for European Police officers. The influence of psychological and contextual human factors (HFs) on the behaviour of decision-making and acting (DMA) of police officers under stress and in high-risk operational situations will be investigated.
